## Follow-up assessment
The current head now covers all three requested cases: an empty array, a
missing JSON path, and `ARRAY<ARRAY<COMPLEX<json>>>`. The implementation
preserves complex-array expressions through nested arrays and accepts null
ARRAY literals while still rejecting non-null array literals. I reviewed 4
changed files; no further issue remains in this follow-up.
