PR #19280 added an ability to adjust shuffle specs such that the partition count would be based on the number of workers. However, it incorrectly used the number of workers in the producer stage rather than the consumer stage. In the default Dart configuration of maxNonLeafWorkers = 1, this tended to inflate the number of partitions for stages that read from leafs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
