URL: https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/20807
## Summary
```diff
# .dockerignore
_site
dependency-reduced-pom.xml
+**/node_modules
```
When the web console has been built in the checkout, `docker build -f
distribution/docker/Dockerfile .` sends `web-console/node_modules` to the
Docker daemon as part of the build context. The image never uses it: the
`BUILD_FROM_SOURCE=false` path only copies in the distribution tarball, and the
`BUILD_FROM_SOURCE=true` path runs its own `npm` install inside the build.
## Evidence
- **Before:** about 715 MB of `node_modules` (699 MB in
`web-console/node_modules`, 16 MB in `web-console/target/node/node_modules`) is
sent with every build.
**After:** these directories are excluded, and `docker build -t
druid-local:latest -f distribution/docker/Dockerfile --build-arg
BUILD_FROM_SOURCE=false .` still builds a working image (used to run a
multi-service cluster locally).
## Merge Danger
**Door:** two-way
**Blast Radius:** Docker builds only. Nothing else reads `.dockerignore`.
