   Probably SRP is a wrong link in this case, cohesion may be a more correct 
reference. Anyway, it seems to me that `isCacheEnabled` replaces a perfectly 
healthy polymorphism "CachingMetadataSegmentView"/"DirectMetadataSegmentView" 
here. Somebody may want to add "CachingWithDirectMetadataStoreAccess" (vs. 
using Coordinator as a proxy), etc.
