We certainly could use your help in getting these sketches properly integrated into Druid! The Theta and HLL sketches could be adjusted to accept multiple columns at the aggregator, I can take a look at implementing that sometime before 0.15.0 code freeze, I'm looking into exposing the Theta set operations for use in Druid SQL as well.
