vogievetsky opened a new pull request #10483:

   This PR addresses the issue that when a compaction config is deleted the 
status is not cleared until net run. If there is no compaction config set the 
column should render 'Not enabled'
   
   Also this PR makes the style of the refresh menu a little bit more blueprint 
idiomatic and matchy matchy to the column picker.
