       Some missing stuffs:
   
   - `DataSourceMetadataQuery` is never cached.
   - Any queries are not cached in brokers if `bySegment` is set in query 
context. Historicals don't seem to care about `bySegment` which I think is a 
bug. We should never cache when it's set.
