With the druid router this seems nearly possible. [Entry.ts](https://github.com/apache/druid/blob/55b8cc428a6f06a23d71c21a415fbd87df7cab21/web-console/src/entry.ts) seems to have a baseURL property which is loaded from window.consoleConfig.
