   ### Description
   
   Druid version is 0.14
   three broker configuration below：
   druid.broker.cache.useCache=true
   druid.broker.cache.populateCache=true
   druid.cache.sizeInBytes=1G
   druid.cache.type=caffeine
   
   But i see query-cache-total-hitRate is about 0.2%, that is too slow.Please 
help me .
