This PR adds an additional `RESOURCES` field to the output of `EXPLAIN PLAN FOR ` queries, which contains a JSON-serialized Set of the Resources that were used by the query (for example, the datasources or views that the query accessed). This is useful for callers that wish to know the datasources or views that would be accessed by a query but don't want to deal with the complexity of parsing either the query or the explain plan.
