### Description
When the broker inlines subquery results, it checks whether the accumulated
subquery size hits the limit. However, the subquery size check doesn't take
intermediate results that are GCed into account. This PR simply adjusts the
accumulated subquery size when intermediate results are GCed.
The subquery size check is still applied per query. I think we should fix it
as a follow-up to apply the limit across all queries that run at the same time
in the broker. It would probably good to use a blocking buffer pool.
