### Description
There were some users asking me about how to use the Alibaba Cloud's OSS as
deep storage supported by `aliyun-oss-extensions`. The commons questions are:
1. how to install this extension
2. how to enable this extension
3. how to reading files stored in OSS
4. OSS permission problems
So I update the document of this extension to cover all questions above in
hope that users could save time for their first use of this extension in future.
