### Description [Task slot count metrics](https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/operations/metrics.html) doesn't provide any dimensions. This issue will add worker category/tier as dimension for taskslot count metrics ### Motivation - Middlemanager node can belongs to different category by setting [druid.worker.property](https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/configuration/index.html#middlemanager-and-peons). By adding worker category as a dimension in task slot count metrics, cluster administrators will have better visibility into task slots utilization.
