Changing `SpillingGrouper` to use a new `LazyCloseableIterator` to lazily open spill files only when actually ready to consume their contents. In `SpillingGrouper.read()`, return a `Provider` that constructs the necessary `MappingIterator` instead of returning the `MappingIterator` itself.
