Fix java.lang.ClassCastException error when using
useApproximateCountDistinct false for aggregation query
### Description
In `PartialDruidQuery#withSelectProject` method, Druid assume that the `Rel`
built by the `builderSupplier` is always a Project Rel. However,
relBuilder.project do not create an identity project if it does not rename any
fields unless we set the relBuilder.project `force` argument to `true`. This PR
set `force` to `true` when calling `relBuilder.project` to make sure that the
Rel built is always a `Project`
