Split this PR into smaller ones: [Clean up query contexts](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/12633) and [Remove null and empty fields from native queries](https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/12634). Once these two are approved and merge, I'll rebase this PR onto master, which will reduce the file count by about a third, leaving only the framework itself, and its supporting changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
