URL: https://github.com/apache/druid/pull/12778

The workerTaskCountStatsMonitor was reporting metrics with a per-existing
dimension, `version`, which previously was used to indicate the version of
Druid running on the host reporting metrics, and in the context of this
monitor, was being used to indicate the version of the worker reporting
metrics. This collision was causing the metrics for this monitor to fail during
reporting. Fixed issue by changing this monitor to use a new dimension
`workerVersion` in place of `version`.
