After #12749, we can pushdown filters for join where the right columns are
referenced in the join result. But along with that, we can now also create
filters on right side table columns (incase a right side table column is a
`leftColumn` for a nested join) which is not supported as of now. Only filters
on left side base table are supported while converting a join to a filter.
In future when we can individually push down filters to each join incase of
nested joins, we can add back support for creating filters on right side table
columns.
