### Description
This PR aims to add IT for the MSQ task engine using the new IT framework.
Key classes added as part of this PR :
* `org.apache.druid.testsEx.categories.MultiStageQuery` - Category for the
ITs that are executed using MSQ
* `org.apache.druid.testsEx.msq.ITMultiStageQuery` - File containing the
actual test case
* `org.apache.druid.testing.clients.MsqOverlordResourceTestClient` -
Overlord resource client for Msq specific operations
* `org.apache.druid.testing.clients.MsqTestClient`- Query resource client
for MSQ calls
* `org.apache.druid.testing.utils.MsqQueryWithResults` - Helper POJO that
contains an MSQ query (SQL String) and the results which can be tested easily
* `org.apache.druid.testing.utils.MsqTestQueryHelper` - Helper class
containing utils to easily write test cases for MSQ task engine
