### Description `NestedDataColumnSerializer` is too big with inline classes, so it splits them into separate files. There should be no logic changes in this PR, only moving some stuff around and some extra javadocs <hr> This PR has: - [x] been self-reviewed. - [x] added Javadocs for most classes and all non-trivial methods.
