Updated the new quickstart to add a step to rename the datasource to `wikipedia` (just like step 12 in the previous quickstart https://druid.apache.org/docs/0.23.0/tutorials/index.html) this is important because subsequent tutorials (like the querying one rely on a datasource called `wikipedia`).
