The version 24 did not load the task logs from 0.23.0 when upgraded ### Affected Version 24 ### Description Please include as much detailed information about the problem as possible. - Cluster size: Single machine installation - Configurations in use: xlarge - Steps to reproduce the problem: create some kafka ingestion tasks in version 0.23.0. Let them run sometime to create task logs. Upgrade in place to version 24. The tasks logs disappeared from web console. - The error message or stack traces encountered. Providing more context, such as nearby log messages or even entire logs, can be helpful.
