### Description This PR attempts to add some missing information to the MSQ error codes section. It might be easiest to review the four (small) commits individually (to distinguish white-space changes from actual content). #### Missing Additional Fields While reading through the [MSQ error codes documentation](https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/multi-stage-query/reference.html#error-codes), I noticed that a few fields were missing in the `additionalFields` section for a few error faults. I compared them to the latest sources in `master` and tried to update the reference accordingly. #### Minor typo `umInputFiles` -> `numInputFiles` #### Whitespace / Markdown In addition, I cleaned up a bunch of whitespace in the markdown file and added one missing language identifier to a code block to hopefully improve syntax highlighting. <!-- Check the items by putting "x" in the brackets for the done things.
