### Description This PR fixes `FrontCodedIndexed` 'bucketSize' handling to correctly handle bucket size of 128 by reading the bucketSize byte as unsigned, making the docs be correct about supported bucket sizes. It also adds tighter validation on the writer side, and additional tests around bucket size to make sure all allowed bucket sizes are covered with tests.
