To allow for using durable storage in SuperSorter's intermediate data :
1. OutputChannelFactory can now create partitioned output channels which can
comprise of multiple partitions
2. The frame footer code is extracted and is being used by both local-file
based storage and durable storage. It is needed to read partitions from
partitioned output channels
3. Durable storage connectors use a range read interface to read specific
partitions
4. The durable storage readable channel now supports reading frames only as
well. Earlier it needed the input data to be a full frame file.

Enable durable storage for SuperSorter intermediate data using
`durableTaskIntermediateStorage` flag. `durableShuffleStorage` must also be
enabled to enable `durableTaskIntermediateStorage`
