This PR implements the will of the people (I took a pole in the Slack channel and people voted overwhelmingly to split the views). <img width="958" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/druid/assets/177816/b737d397-2a67-4e94-8b5f-02a2e4ba4463";> What has been one view with two tables in it is now two views. This makes a lot of sense considering not all tasks are "Ingestion" tasks. This PR also: - Adds a column to the supervisors view to see how many tasks that supervisor has running, clicking on it goes to the task view. - Makes filters in tables stateful in the URL so that links can be easily shared. - Makes some adjustments to how adding tiered replicants works in the load rules dialog. - Does minor code cleanup. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
