   Thanks for the detailed explanation of the issue @lingguang. One thing that 
I am still confused from the description is that why did the -14D-7D transition 
didn't take into account the DST. Seems like that there is some funny business 
going on where the DST isn't considered if we operate on the date time before 
hand 🤔, since the the second part of this transition should have taken into 
account the the DST change.
   
   Also, why is the granularity specifying both the timezone (America/Denver) 
and the offset (-6:00) simultaneously? Is there any advantage in doing so?
