I think this log is generally useful to know when the next run will be.
Users running the duty at any high cadence can set a log4j
[burst](https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/filters.html#burstfilter)
filter to rate-limit chatty logs. That said, I will downgrade it to debug to
retain the old behavior
