When using the `kafka` inputFormat the flattenSpen needs to live at of `spec.ioConfig.inputFormat.valueFormat.flattenSpec` vs `spec.ioConfig.inputFormat.flattenSpec`. Right now the streaming ingestion flow generates an incorrect spec (with the flattenSpec set incorrectly) if using kafka input format.
