I think there are multiple options like:
* enhancing the testcases themselves with a rule or something to run them
with `useDefault` and without
* enhance the build system to run these tests twice with different
`useDefault` settings
* there might be a caveat here if the `TEST-*xml` gets overwritten by the
second run
there might be other options these are just my ideas
