Update on markLine, without triggering the refresh of the whole chart ### What is actually happening? the whole chart is re-rendered, animation too even if disabled. with impact on performance --- I am not really sure if what I am doing is correct, I really looked around trying to figure out if its a bug or a feature. <!-- This issue is generated by echarts-issue-helper.
