Label positions can only calculated by the bounding box of the sectors but not according to sector shapes.   ### After: How is it fixed in this PR? Along with the old values of label positions (like `'inside'`), this PR provides new position values: ```js 'start' | 'end' | 'startTop' | 'insideStartTop' | 'insideStart' | 'insideStartBottom' | 'startBottom' | 'middleTop' | 'insideMiddleTop' | 'middle' | 'insideMiddleBottom' | 'middleBottom' | 'endTop' | 'insideEndTop' | 'insideEnd' | 'insideEndBottom' | 'endBottom' ``` Take `'middle'` for example:   This could be useful when creating polar bar labels. ## Misc <!-- ADD RELATED ISSUE ID WHEN APPLICABLE --> - [x] The API has been changed (apache/echarts-doc#xxx). - [x] This PR depends on ZRender changes (ecomfe/zrender#774). ### Related test cases or examples to use the new APIs - test/bar-polar-label.html ## Others ### Merging options - [ ] Please squash the commits into a single one when merge. ### Other information -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
