[I] [Bug] markArea 设置分界区域的时候，不能相对于 Y 轴设置百分比 [echarts]

   设置 series 的 markArea 属性，yAxis 仅支持设置数值，y 可以设置百分比，但是是相对于整个容器的，如果期望能针对 Y 
轴设置百分比，需要如何实现
