### What problem does this feature solve? add a way to define the position of the label in the data zoom slider. today the label always be at the right or left of scroll bar.  ### What does the proposed API look like? add a option inside of the dataZoom property like labelPosition: left, right, top or bottom for each side of the scroll bar. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
