@helgasoft I don't think the editor is the cause. The dragging feature will
not be disabled even if we set it as `false` by the API.
```js
chart.setOption({
series: [{
labelLayout: {
draggable: false
}
}]
})
```
So it's indeed a bug of `labelLayout.draggable`.
