Thanks @helgasoft for responding! We were trying to customize the behavior (not just the styling) of the pie chart. See https://github.com/apache/echarts/issues/20626 , where we were trying to customize the pie slice behavior at the rendering level. Is this a reliable way to customize echarts behavior?
