Thanks for the super fast response!!
Nice to know that it is not a bug, but that you need to trigger the
redrawing explicit.
One last question before I close this issue: in that demo
`myChart.setOption({series:[{}]})` is being used. Is that better or faster
compared to `myChart.resize()` which I used in my codepen?
