### What problem does this feature solve? 目前我在数据看板的开发过程中使用到了基础南丁格尔玫瑰图，但是我发现调整父容器的大小，基础南丁格尔玫瑰图的内容展示不会自适应缩放，如果父容器太小，那么就会导致基础南丁格尔玫瑰图渲染不完整 ### What does the proposed API look like? 增加基础南丁格尔玫瑰图的自适应功能，允许开发者使用父容器的宽或者高作为比例参考，自定义缩放图像的大小 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
