AFAICT the only place where the changes between releases is mentioned is in the
Announce e-mail.
I could not find anything on the website that documents the changes between
releases.
It would help users if the changes between releases were clearly documented on
the website, and potentially add a RELEASE NOTES file to the download area as
well.
