The CheckBoxInputControl renders a span with true or false as text if the
record is read only.
I created a patch (https://github.com/apache/empire-db/pull/2) to render a div
inside the span with eTypeBoolTrue/eTypeBoolFalse CSS classes to handle read
only boolean fields in a nicer way.
