## Description
This PR adds a Chinese translation of the README.md file as `readme-cn.md`
to make the project more accessible to Chinese-speaking users.
Based on Apache analytics, most users are in China, so providing a Chinese
version of the README will improve the user experience for this significant
portion of the community.
## Changes
- Added `readme-cn.md` with complete Chinese translation
- Maintains the same structure and formatting as the original README
- Translates all sections including:
- Introduction (简介)
- Features (特性)
- Installation (安装)
- QuickStart (快速开始)
- Community (社区)
- License (许可证)
