Review Comment:
   Silently falling back to `ZoneId.systemDefault()` can lead to hidden bugs, 
the exact same non-offset string would resolve to completely different points 
in time depending on the server's timezone (e.g., local UTC+8 vs. UTC in 
production).
   
   I suggest removing it in favor of a fail-fast approach: Parse strictly using 
the specified pattern if provided, or default to `yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssXXX` if 
absent. If parsing fails, let it throw directly so the caller knows the data 
does not match the expected format.
