@thesmallstar after this PR is merged into develop: could you just create another one (maybe with a subject line like "FINERACT-834: backport add Swagger UI to README for 1.4.0 release"... just an example) and instead of choosing "develop" just choose the "1.4.0" branch for the new PR...
