    [hotfix][config] Remove CheckpointConfig#enableUnalignedCheckpoints without 
parameters.
    
    CheckpointConfig#enableUnalignedCheckpoints(boolean) makes it explicit and 
also is more future-proof. When unaligned checkpoints become the default, this 
method will be mostly useless and we would need to add a 
#disableUnalignedCheckpoints() for consistency.
