commit 6da903da3949b14518f22fc7f6af1c8938c7aa4f Author: Martijn Visser <[email protected]> AuthorDate: Mon Sep 21 13:53:58 2026 +0200 [FLINK-40729][jdbc] Bump oceanbase-client from 2.4.8 to 2.4.19 2.4.8 reads a timestamp back shifted by the host's UTC offset. On a machine in CEST the OceanBase module fails 17 tests on main, each value an hour late. CI runs UTC, where the offset is zero, which is why this has stayed hidden. 2.4.19 is green on the same machine in the same hour.
