you are adding code fast :) . I went through changes in mentioned PR, and checked out the code. Currently just imported it in my IDE, and browsing. I am curious to know more about the field offset jdk specific code you are mentioning. (I kept my digging into Java at annotation processing, custom class loaders and some other stuff, but did not play with bytecode directly).
