### Feature Request Build a new type system for row format so we can remove apache arrow dependency. Currently fory row format only use arrow schema, we don't use apache arrow extensively. But such a dependency make c++ not easy to build and also need to pin pyarrow for pyfory. If we remove arrow, we can make the fory more easy to users and more lightweight. ### Is your feature request related to a problem?
