这里添加这个`willconfigureTypeChecker`的api，是因为在build的时候会直接打印警告，而添加checker是在build之后执行的，所以我想着这样就能在build的时候知道是否会添加checker，目前我没有想到更好的处理办法，如果有更好的处理办法，我很乐意更改
