   when i try to :

   pip uninstall -y numpy
   pip install pyarrow==14.0.0 numpy

   but, if numpy2 is existing, 
   make cmd:
   ``` cmd
   pip install pyarrow==14.0.0 'numpy<2'

   it will :

     Attempting uninstall: numpy

   After practice, I think this is OK
