was d593292 added a new method to HeapDataOutputStream that supports
skipping some of the initial bytes when converting the HeapDataOutputStream to
a ByteBuffer. This will get rid of some extra copying when creating a
PdxInstance that is larger than 1k.
The revisions that were on this branch are still contained in
other references; therefore, this change does not discard any commits
from the repository.
